Dear UVA Alumni and Friends,
We are happy to invite you to CAV Angels’ upcoming event in Charlottesville, “UVA’s Rising Startup Scene: Key Stakeholders in Entrepreneurial Ventures.” This event will feature a panel of key players in the University’s startup environment who will discuss the importance and relevance of various stakeholders in the entrepreneurial efforts of UVA students and alumni:
- Bob Creeden, Managing Director of the UVA LVG Seed Fund & New Ventures
- Michael Lenox, UVA’s Senior Associate Dean and Chief Strategy Officer and Tayloe Murphy Professor of Business Administration
- Peter Grant, Board of Directors Chair at UVA’s Licensing and Ventures Group

Guests will include a diverse range of current undergraduate and graduate students, current UVA faculty and staff, and alumni who continue to devote time and effort to fostering the growth of UVA entrepreneurship.
