Dear Fellow UVA Alumni,

CAV Angels will host the second part of its Introduction to Angel Investing series, Digging Deeper: A Look into the Due Diligence Process on October 26^th at Spaces Atlanta – The Battery at SunTrust Park (Two Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Avenue SE, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30339). This session will feature a case study and cover the initial screening, company meetings, and due diligence processes that angel groups like CAV Angels go through for each potential investment. If you were unable to make the first session, don’t worry! Each part of this series works as a standalone presentation and does not require background from the previous session.

As part of our commitment to serve the entire Southeast region, we will be broadcasting the meeting via Webex for those who are unable to attend in person. This is the second of a four-part series that will take place once a month for the duration of 2018. Subsequent educational sessions will address a variety of Angel topics, using previous CAV Angels investments as case studies, as well as introduce the club to active potential investment opportunities.
