Co-founded by UVA alum and CAV Angels member, Nance Dicciani, RTM Vital Signs (RTM) is a medical device company focused on monitoring and analyzing critical health information continuously and in real-time to address the largest areas of healthcare concern and costs. RTM is developing two devices and has managed their development to ensure separability and optionality in the future. The Company has a invested in its intellectual property portfolio and has been awarded FDA breakthrough /Fast Track status for its respiratory device. The team is led by several experienced executives including their CEO, Nance Dicciani (former CEO of Honeywell specialty materials and current board member of Halliburton), their VP & CFO, Denise Devine (Former CEO of Nutripharm, Inc. and a current board member at AgroFresh Solutions Inc.), and their Director of Operations and Head of Engineering, Jeff Joseph (co-founder of Animas Corporation, a medical device company that IPO’d in 2004 and was acquired by J&J in 2005). RTM is currently raising $3MM in common equity at a $9.5MM valuation.
